Please send the
permission form and payment to school in an envelope labeled with your child’s
name by Thursday, March 5:
- Enclose signed,
original permission slip (no hand-written notes please).
- Total field trip money
of $32. Students
may pay the $32 total with exact cash or by check payable to Avonworth Middle School Student Council.
