Beowulf wrapping up in English class

Student have wrapped up reading a formative piece of English (British) literature: Beowulf. We are going to begin building body biographies using the notes we took to create a symbolic figure that describes the most important aspects of one character.

Literacy Education in Math Class

The 8^th grade would like to thank Mr. Grandovic of Northwest Savings Bank in Sewickley for presenting to the pre-algebra students about banking on May 13^th.  Mr. Grandovic spoke about the importance of financial literacy, focusing on fiscal responsibility and the four things you can do with money: EARN, SPEND, SHARE, and GROW, specially speaking about fiscal responsibility.  This is Mr. Grandovic’s second year presenting on this important subject to our students as a conclusion to our financial literacy unit. 

Keystone Exams
